We got there around 7:30am and there were spots left, but not many. This trail provides amazing views of open grasslands and mountains throughout the way. The trail does continue down to the shore of Hidden Lake, but the day I was there, the trail was closed beyond Hidden Lake Overlook due to grizzly bear activity.
